Rooms had a nice view of the surroundings.

The apartment I stayed in had serious condensation issues, making the floors frequently wet. I faced persistent issues with the refrigerator and laundry machine, leading to frustrations during my 10-night stay. Housekeeping varied significantly. some days my apartment was well-cleaned, while on other days I had to remind staff to take out the trash.

The two-bedroom suite was impressively clean and had a nice view, making it a comfortable base for our family. Despite being in a central location with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores, parking was a bit tight for larger vehicles. While staff responsiveness was commendable and all our requests were addressed promptly, the gym facilities were rather limited, which was a disappointment after a long day of exploring. We enjoyed the fish and chips, which was a highlight of our dining experience.

We had a fantastic stay! The kids loved the pool area, and the location was perfect for exploring local attractions. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Don’t miss the restaurant's breakfast buffet. it's a great way to start each day!

The staff were friendly, the reception manned by a hard-working Jennifer who made the experience good. I enjoyed the spacious room but the lingering smell was a bit of a turn off.
